In this role, an Analyst:

  • Uses knowledge received from 6 weeks of training and our online knowledge base to complete tasks associated with the role.
  • Resolves problems in an efficient, effective, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Creates tickets for problems and tracks them until they are resolved.
  • Accepts broader work and accountabilities due to possible changes in staffing, technology, and procedures.
  • Completes ongoing compliance assignments within the required timeframes.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great analytical, critical thinking and problemsolving skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

$50, $80,400.00


Pay Type:

Salaried

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.

For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
