Description
Tasks
- Provide remote support to our customers from your office workplace
- Receive and analyze IT incidents, and provide solutions
- Validate the source of the incident, prioritize and perform initial analysis
- Handle tickets, such as planning and executing snapshots, analyzing log files, expanding storage, and troubleshooting server issues
- Provide technical support for Windows, Office, and custom applications
- Document and coordinate tasks in mostly German and partially English
Skills
- Enjoy challenges and remain calm under pressure
- Flexible working hours, including nights, are your preference
- Ideally, you have completed training as an "IT specialist for system integration (all genders)" or have a strong IT affinity as a career changer
- You have a passion for communicating with people
- You are organized and may have previous experience with ticket systems, or are interested in learning
- Experience with Windows or Linux servers and Active Directory is a plus
- Strong analytical skills
- Fluent in German and able to communicate in English
