About this Position

The Kolping-Mainfranken Group is a network of educational institutions for vocational and professional training in the Mainfranken region, currently employing around 480 full-time staff. We operate various training and education facilities, special needs schools in Schweinfurt and Würzburg, youth hostels in Würzburg and Schweinfurt, various projects in the field of youth social work, as well as three conference and seminar centers. We also provide all-day and lunchtime care services throughout Mainfranken.

The Kolping Academy, located in the heart of Würzburg, is one of our locations for courses in adaptation qualification for foreign nursing staff. Here, we provide further training for nursing staff from third countries, enabling them to obtain successful recognition as professionals in Germany. For these courses, we are currently seeking empathetic and communicative nursing instructors as freelance lecturers (m/f/d).

Your Responsibilities

You will independently plan and design your lessons, teaching participants practical and theoretical content in various subjects such as disease theory, nursing processes and documentation, prophylaxis, nursing concepts, etc.
