From acquiring land to analyzing projects and creating risk assessments - you always keep an overview of projects and people. You manage approval processes and work closely with business partners and internal departments in a team-oriented manner. If this sounds like you, we should definitely get to know each other.

Development and planning of photovoltaic open space systems from securing land to obtaining building permits
Commissioning and coordination of external experts and service providers
Project presentation at citizen meetings and official events
Conducting approval procedures and negotiating with authorities and municipalities
Interdisciplinary exchange and coordination with specialist departments regarding planning, design and economic feasibility calculations
Close collaboration with internal departments, project developers, business partners, law firms, and external consultants
Comprehensive internal project coordination

Profile

Completed degree in renewable energy, landscape or environmental planning, architecture, construction or real estate management, or industrial engineering
Passion for renewable energy
Experience in negotiating and concluding lease and permission agreements
Must have: several years of professional experience in project development/project management in the field of renewable energy
Must have: experience in securing land and routes, with zoning and approval procedures, or in general construction
