IT Service Management Specialist (m/w/d) for our location in Selb or Waldkraiburg

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You are responsible for expanding, standardizing and operating IT service management processes.
You manage and control IT providers and service providers, regulate IT contract, license and asset management (CMDB) within the IT operations environment, and regularly keep an eye on its optimization.
You accompany and coordinate IT projects in the service and transition phase.
You also create and monitor IT policies and process descriptions.
In addition, you prepare reports and KPIs and conduct service reviews to continuously optimize services.

WHAT SETS YOU APART

You have a degree in computer science or a related field or a comparable vocational training and at least three years of professional experience.
You have good knowledge in the area of IT service management as well as processes
