    Job Description: Seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in providing essential support to students with communication disorders in Jacksonville, FL. As a valued member of our speech therapy team, you will play a vital role in assisting Speech-Language Pathologists in delivering high-quality services to students.
    • $34-39 (depending on experience pay rate is open for negotiation)
    • Full Time (30+)
    • W-2 Employment
    • Weekly Pay
    • Comprehensive benefits (dental, medical, vision, 401K)
    • General school hours (8-3), Monday- Friday
    A Day in the Life as a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA): In this role, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide direct therapy services, assist with assessments, and implement individualized treatment plans. You will collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate communication goals into students' educational activities and promote generalization of skills across settings.
    Qualifications to be a School-Based Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA):
    • Associate's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program or related field
    • State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
    Interview Process:
    • 10-15 minute preliminary call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
    • 20-30 minute virtual interview conducted directly with the school district.
    • Offers are typically extended within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
