Your tasks

  • Work closely with our interface areas in human resources, logistics, and our international department and country subsidiaries
  • Develop and optimize our onboarding concepts for our logistics centers in exchange with operational units and human resources
  • Support in creating suitable training materials, take on the role of training partner, and accompany rollouts in the logistics centers
  • Process and optimize interesting issues in the field of food safety and accompany them with the collection of suitable key figures
  • Contribute to strategic projects for the further development of our knowledge management products and supporting systems

  • Completed studies or training, preferably with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, or human resources
