We are currently seeking a Social Pedagogical Specialist in part-time (25 hours/week) for our full-day care program with integrated school social work at the Heinrich-Böll-Oberschule integrated secondary school with upper secondary level in the Spandau district.


Responsibilities:

  • You will design educational programs to support students in secondary levels I and II and implement them
  • You will advise and support students in school conflict situations and in dealing with personal problems
  • You will organize open leisure activities outside of class
  • You will accompany school activities

Qualifications:

  • You have a degree in education or a staterecognized qualification as an educator
  • You have clear pedagogical principles
  • You enjoy working with and caring for adolescents
  • You value teamwork and collaboration with different professions
  • You are flexible, committed, and creative
