Become a Customer Success Specialist at Sendify in Ardsley, NY


At Sendify, we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist (M/F/d) to join our Customer Success Team Our mission at Sendify is to transform and simplify shipping for small and medium-sized businesses with our intuitive platform.


In this key position, you will ensure that our customers receive excellent customer service and that all customer inquiries are handled smoothly and efficiently.


Responsibilities:

  • You will handle customer inquiries through our live chat, email, and phone, and coordinate with the support teams of our logistics partners.
  • You will provide topnotch service to our B2B customers.
  • You will handle incoming customer inquiries about Sendify's shipping platform, claims cases, and customs invoices via chat, phone, and email, always approaching them with a solutionoriented mindset and solving customer challenges with expertise.
  • You will identify trends and problem areas and work with internal teams to find solutions to improve the customer experience and reduce the number of support tickets.
  • You will develop and implement processes for the growing Customer Success Team at Sendify.
  • You will guide our customers on how to optimize their logistics processes to ensure a great customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you have professional experience in a similar customer service role (logistics experience is a plus).
  • You are fluent in German, both written and spoken (at least C1 level).
  • Where others see problems, you see solutions and are motivated to implement them smoothly.
