Description
Job Duties:
- Develop, initiate, and manage marketing plans and campaigns
- Respond to customer inquiries of ATP products and resources
- Develop relationships with key customers to maintain/increase customer retention
- Identify and follow up with new prospects resulting from various marketing initiatives
- Research and present new marketing ideas to drive ATP sales growth
- Conduct onboarding activities for instructors to assure high customer satisfaction
- Analyze competitor's products and identify differentiation that would increase ATP sales
- Track ROI of marketing efforts based on data and analytics
- Review and qualify inbound requests for product samples
- Other related duties as assigned
Skills and Abilities:
- High level of interpersonal skills to effectively work with others
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient with CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
- Possess the ability to articulate technical concepts in easytounderstand terms for our customers
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and resolve scheduling conflicts
- Proficient with Microsoft (specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). HubSpot is a plus.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a teamoriented environment
- Desire to learn, grow and build something new within an organization with over 120 years of publishing experience
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with tasks executed on a networked computer workstation. May be required to work extra hours and weekends as needed.
- Travel is required
Education/Training/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or 35 years in trade show marketing, sales, or business administration, and/or related field
- Previous trade show attendance
- Marketing and/or sales experience in educational publishing preferred
Pay:
$50, $80,000.00 per year
