Head of SAP Services

Your tasks:

  • Responsibility for the expansion and management of the SAP Services department with a focus on SAP applications (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, DS, MM, EWM, VC and GTS)
  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of the teams Application Development, Reporting and Master Data
  • Design and management of the key user organization with a focus on SAP best practices
  • Contract and license management of our SAP solutions
  • Design of innovative and future-oriented services for our departments
  • Definition, development and implementation of processes, tools and solutions to ensure high quality of applications, data and processes
  • Management of the demand management process for the responsible business solutions
