At the moment, we are a team of 15 employees in the gastronomic world of a Boutique Resort Hotel near the student city of Freiburg im Breisgau. We value individuality - in our furnishings, our menu for hotel guests and external visitors, and in our employees.

Since May 2018, the Parkhotel Adler has been welcoming hotel guests and external visitors to the new restaurant "Adler Stuben". Baden specialties, popular dishes from around the world, or snacks and tea time treats are creatively prepared and served from lunch until evening.

Your main responsibilities

  • New culinary concept since the reopening of the Genusspension with breakfast from the Adler gourmet buffet, lunch snacks, original tea time in the afternoon, and a 4-course dinner of your choice in the evening
  • Independent management of the Gardemanger, Entremetier, or Patisserie station in the kitchen for the restaurant "Adler Stuben" and banquet service
  • Responsibility for an optimal and efficient production process
