    Full-Time (>30 hrs/wk)

    Mechanic/Technician Truck Maintenance - What Will You Do?

    Complete general maintenance, repairs, troubleshoot and diagnosis of trucks and equipment.
    Inspect and maintain equipment in good working condition.
    Complete work-orders and maintain accurate and timely records.
    Effectively communicate with teammates on worksite.
    Travel to various job sites and represent NESL with the utmost professionalism.

    Requirements - Who We Are Looking For?


    Post-secondary or Career and Technical Center training in mechanics or diesel preferred, or 2 years of experience in lieu of training.

    Minimum of Class C Driver's Licenses with DOT Med card (willingness to obtain a Class A CDL within first year of employment).

    Class 7 PA state inspection license (or willingness to obtain within first year of employment)
    Able to collaborate and communicate across the business.
    Positive attitude and willingness to grow and learn.
    Team Mindset - "The NESL Way".
    Focus on Safety, Quality, and Accuracy.
    Capable and willingness to travel to job sites within a defined geographic territory.
    Valid driver's license and meets NESL's driving standards.
    High School Graduate/GED.
