Description

The Instructional Designer crafts engaging and impactful learning content and materials for diverse audiences and platforms, driving learning and development across the customer experience. Responsibilities include developing learning and training activities, continually enhancing the design and delivery methods of customer experience learning content, and creating content to support Customer Service and our partner network.

Duties:

Lead the development of learning content for customer experience applications, processes, and products.
Prepare learning materials for customer experience applications, products, and processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs for new or updated products, processes, or applications.
Establish and maintain learning design templates for various formats.
Utilize feedback and evaluations to enhance learning content and explore new formats.
Focus on personal development to stay abreast of adult learning concepts, trends, and tools.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in learning or instructional content design.
Experience supporting customer service, sales teams, or customer experience preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar preferred.

Onsite: 4 days a week, 1 day remote

Contract: 6 month contract, potential to go full time
