We are currently seeking a full-time
Head of Supply Chain Management (SCM) (m/f/d) for our Heidenheim location.

**Your responsibilities:
  • An
alyzing, promoting, and improving customer evaluations

  • Analyzing, evaluating, deciding, and coordinating the transfer of jobs and complete product groups
  • Analyzing and mapping machinery and production capacities
  • Managing RCCP (rough cut capacity planning) for selected customers
  • Measuring and creating internal KPIs
  • Further developing SCM
  • Collaborating in crossfunctional teams and projects
**Your profile: - Completed degree and professional experience in SCM

  • Business understanding, planning skills, and processoriented thinking
  • Leadership skills, particularly assertiveness combined with good communication skills
  • Resilience and high stress tolerance
  • Negotiation skills in English
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in SAP and Excel
  • Strong handson mentality
