Maverick Construction Group is looking for a full time
Union Carpentry General Foreman. Must be a trained Carpenter through the District Council of NYC Carpenters.
Day-to-Day:
- Onsite supervision of field crews including Carpenters, Tapers, Painters, and Mason Tenders.
- Perform layout in field based on drawings prior to framing.
- Development of field crews daily schedule based on current project load.
- Report directly to and work alongside project manager regarding progress in field, materials, RFI's, change orders, and any other fieldrelated issues.
Requirements:
- Must be a trained Union Carpenter
- Extensive experience performing layout on job sites based on drawings, in preparation for framing.
- OSHA 40 Certified
