    Job DescriptionSnelling is looking for a talented Customer Service Rep to join an amazing Insurance team in the Birmingham area. As a Customer Service Rep, you will help with day-to-day customer service and account support. This position requires excellent people skills and a desire to provide top-quality customer service in every interaction. Pay: $15/hr
    Duties for the Customer Service Rep:
    • Answering calls
    • Scheduling deliveries/pickups of equipment
    • Heavy Data Entry
    • Look up accounts for customers and office staff
    • Supports administration and other office personnel
    • Other clerical duties as needed
    Requirements for Office Clerk/Customer Service Rep:
    • Computer knowledge, MS Word & Excel
    • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients with a positive attitude
    • Able to prioritize work activities
    • Must be very organized
