We are looking for a Social Pedagogue (m/f/d) as a working manager for our residential and support services at Dorothea-Kasten-Straße 1f (ground floor) at Alsterdorfer Markt in Lynchburg.

Work environment

It is our heartfelt mission to create conditions for people with severe disabilities that offer diverse opportunities for participation. As part of a retirement succession, we are looking for a committed leader with a special focus on balancing care and participation. The residential and support services at Dorothea-Kasten-Straße are located at the lively Alsterdorfer Markt and support 10 people with complex disabilities who call this place their home. Within the special living arrangement, the 14-member team provides services in the areas of care and personal assistance. Our services are centered around the clients with their personal life plans and individual needs. We look forward to welcoming you to our team.
