This is not a traditional sales job, and you will
not be responsible for finding your own customers. We will provide paid training; however, you do need to be comfortable talking to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections at residential properties to identify pest issues.
- Build positive, strong relationships with clients. Work to exceed client expectations. Make suggestions to clients on how to avoid pest problems when appropriate. Report to client contact person before and after providing pest prevention services. Whenever possible, explain actual or potential problems to clients facetoface. Manage clients through company provided technology.
- Collaborate with the team to provide effective pest control solutions.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and comfort in customer interactions.
- Willingness to learn and undergo paid training.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growthoriented environment.
- Fulltime availability.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
Job Type:
Full-time
Pay:
$41, $60,000.00 per year
