Description

The Conrad GmbH is a globally operating manufacturer of technical miniature models such as machines for construction, transportation, and logistics. For over 60 years, we have been producing high-quality handcrafted miniatures "Made in Germany".

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a (m/f/d) Financial and Payroll Accountant to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting
Preparation and execution of payment transactions
Ongoing booking of business transactions, processing of open items
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to German GAAP
Preparation of VAT returns and external statistics
Ongoing account reconciliation
Preparation of reports and statistics for management
Accounts receivable management
Independent processing of payroll accounting
Contact person for tax and social security law matters

Your profile:

Completed commercial apprenticeship and several years of professional experience
Relevant experience in financial and payroll accounting
High flexibility, reliability, independence, and accuracy
Sound knowledge (secure handling) in the area of VAT/VAT
