About us:
We are looking for individuals to provide care according to §§ 113 ff. SGB IX for people with mental and/or physical disabilities at Woodbine. This includes assisting with daily tasks and providing support for daily routines.

The main focus of this role is to help individuals maintain a structured daily routine based on their individual participation plan and the facility's concept.

This may involve offering creative and hands-on activities in a group setting, as well as providing support for managing illness and daily challenges.

Additionally, this role may involve participating in team meetings, supervision sessions, and contributing to the development of the facility's concept.
