Description
Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Yard Supervisor to join the team in Lake Forest,CA.

The Yard Supervisor will be responsible for the overall inventory control of the equipment located at the Lake Forest Yard along with the following:


Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:


  • Oversees the incoming and outgoing equipment
  • Perform regular yard audits to verify and ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
  • Collaborate with the R&M department on work order statuses for equipment needing
repair.

  • Confirms time frames set for repair completions.
  • Communicates with the dispatch office on equipment availability and provides completion
statuses on units being repaired.

  • Ensures all inspections and registrations on all required units are up to date as needed.
  • Ensure all equipment is labeled and documented accurately with appropriate decals.
  • Act as an active member of the Q/C team.
  • Maintain the yard layout to stay consistent with department expectations.
  • Ensures that all equipment is clean and fueled before they are issued to jobs.
  • Enforces all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as outlined by management.

Basic Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 3 years of related management experience, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Must be qualified to operate all types of equipment. Certifications are not required, but helpful.
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Computer literate with Microsoft, Excel and Outlook capabilities desirable.
  • Selfdisciplined and selfstarter
  • Ability to motivate employees to work as a team
  • Ability to deal with the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities.

Pay :
$32.00 Hourly.
