Position Role Type:

Onsite

Carries out product inspections to ensure they meet requirements such as drawings, customer specifications, component maintenance manuals, and contract specifications for the FAA Repair Station.


Compensation:

- $3,500 Welcome Bonus

1st Shift Schedule:

  • This role is for the 1st shift.


  • Monday

  • Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM
  • Additional hours available based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect various company products and commodities.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of product and company documentation before shipment.
  • Maintain organized inspection records.
  • Record product discrepancies following company procedures.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Interpret technical data accurately.
  • Use appropriate inspection methods and equipment.
  • Provide quality and inspection support to operators.
  • Keep up-to-date with necessary skills, knowledge, and certifications.
  • Execute SAP transactions following company protocols.
  • Assist in Customer Source Inspection activities as necessary.
  • Generate required return to service tags in compliance with government regulations.
  • Ensure proper inspection coverage for assigned area.
  • Train colleagues on quality requirements and inspection tasks.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Alternatively, 3 years of relevant experience without a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must obtain Part 65 FAA Airframe and Power plant License or Repairman Certificate within three months of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 18 months of Aerospace experience.
