At KLE Energie, you will work for a growing company in the exciting field of renewable energy. Our core competence lies in the planning and construction of photovoltaic systems, battery storage systems, and e-mobility solutions.


To support our team, we are looking for an Assistant to the Management or Office Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the management in administrative and organizational tasks
  • Coordination of appointments, travel planning, and event management
  • Management and maintenance of digital business documents and email correspondence
  • Assisting with telephone inquiries
  • Conducting research and analysis to support business decisions
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Responsible for organizing and maintaining the office and work environment

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Ideally, experience in office management or a similar position
  • Proficient in common MS Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive business information
