    Quality Engineer Quality Engineer Responsibilities:

    Support plant to ensure compliance with all ISO 9001 quality management systems, food safety management systems, and other standards & regulationsAssists in hazard analysis and HACCP program for food productPrepares and completes internal, customer, and external audit requirementsMeasurement and Test SystemsWork with the plant to optimize lab & inline measurement and test systemsTrain plant personnel on test and measurement systemsMaintains calibration standards on all quality-related equipmentMonitors online testing through daily checks of SPC data entry of Machine OperatorsMold ApprovalsAssist plant in mold qualifications and verification assessments during production runs.

    Customer & Internal Quality IssuesAssist plants in analyzing quality issue trendsReview customer scorecards and assist plants in implementing improvementsWorks with production and customer to determine optimized process settings to assure specified requirements are met (specifically during sampling and product qualification process)Quality and Continuous Improvement ProjectsLead and assist in Quality Department projects regarding quality and continuous improvement.

    Lead NEXT (CIP program) implementation for the plant.
