Renewal by Andersen of the Greater San Diego Area is hiring a Customer Care Coordinator

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING \u007C THE ROLE:

Contribute to an excellent co-worker and customer experience by helping move projects forward with good communication and excellence.
Communication of specific client needs with teams and Management
Processing paperwork to help each stakeholder receive their needed information.
Communicating logístical changes and installation issues.
Problem solving with teams locally and in other locations.

WHAT YOU BRING \u007C THE PERSON:

5+ years of Customer Service Experience
Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. Must be able to create professional business correspondence in Word, organize tracking spreadsheets in Excel and use Outlook for communication and calendaring
Modest or extensive construction background a plus but not required.
High school diploma
