    Job Responsibilities:
    • Discuss needs, preferences, and budget with potential buyers.
    • Showcase model homes and available inventory, highlighting features.
    • Manage the sales process from contract to closing.
    • Build and maintain relationships with buyers.
    • Collaborate with marketing and construction teams on sales strategies.
    Requirements:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
    • North Carolina Real Estate License preferred.
