Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Scheduler to join our team.

As a Production Scheduler, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing operations.

Your role will involve forecasting, production planning, and inventory control to optimize production processes.

Duties

Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and material availability
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including production, procurement, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
Utilize forecasting systems and tools to predict demand and plan production accordingly
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components
Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies for inventory control
Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement in efficiency and costeffectiveness
Collaborate with the engineering team to fabricate new products or modify existing ones
Implement Lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Production Scheduler or in a similar role preferred
Working knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems. Experience with IQMS is mandatory.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Proficient in using computer software for production planning and scheduling
Knowledge of inventory control principles and techniques
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
