We are looking for a Restaurant Technology Manager Tech Lead, that will be responsible for managing product life cycle of the Global Point of Sale Application (Sesame), Develop Roadmap and feature prioritization for each Head of Code (HoC), Manage the QA sprint plan, deployment schedule to our Global Tech Seed Restaurants in the US Market.

The Restaurant Technology Manager will need to work closely with several stakeholder teams aligning on testing strategy and deployments plans.

The Position will need to work with our global operations partners understanding the operational side of sesame and the impact to the Crew to all on feature enablement and testing plan.


What you'll be doing:

  • Manage Global point of sale (Sesame)hand off to the GTSS team and assist in QA cycle planning.
  • Work with Product Integration Test team on pointofsale automation testing and feature testing for each Head of Code.
  • Guide quality testing and Pilot testing for new product releases and features.
  • Schedule and lead defect reviews for all Sesame Head of Code.
  • Organize and communicate all enablement's for production restaurants.
  • Work with the Lab Manager on new Global Initiatives testing for opportunity to move to GTSS Production restaurants.
  • Maintain intake process for Studio Demo's and communicate the schedule to all stakeholders.
  • Assist in Global events such as Worldwide set up.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant professional work experience
  • 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or Product Manager eliciting/defining requirements, designing systems solutions, and managing business requirements
  • 1+ years of experience with agile development methodologies
  • Proactive, selfmotivated, and accountable team player
