Description
Customer Service- Greet each customer and ask questions to ascertain wants and/or needs
- Effectively communicate sales and promotions
- Handle customer inquiries and/or channeling to manager when appropriate
- Assist with consignor intake assuring the proper paperwork is reviewed and signed
- Effectively communicate consignment policies and contract details
- Enter consignor contact information into the computer data base
- Operate POS and Square systems to process cash sales, credit cards, and layaways
- Wrap and bag customer merchandise
- Keep cashier station neat and stocked with bags, wrappings, etc
- Maintain a neat and orderly intake room to effectively manage consignor merchandise
- Clean and ticket consignments
- Maintain store organization
- Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the store to include; clean bathrooms, vacuum, sweep, mop, dust and wash windows
