What to expect at Trafalgar?
- You will proactively support the sales team in the office and assist with email and telephone communication
- You will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with existing and new customers
- You will schedule customer appointments (after internal coordination or as a follow-up to marketing actions) and build strong customer relationships through regular contact
- You will actively use social media for networking and sales support
- You will continuously maintain (capture, manage, update) the CRM system
- You will create meeting notes and provide organizational and administrative support
What should you bring?
- You have experience in inside sales or as a sales assistant
- You enjoy direct customer contact, can inspire people, and are skilled in using social media and digital sales campaigns
- You are familiar with terms such as digitalization, automation, BI, analysis, (cloud) service, and security
- You work in a structured, goal-oriented manner and have a high level of initiative
- You are enthusiastic, looking for a real team, and have a strong drive to succeed
- You are a communication talent without fear of strangers and speak fluent German
