At the Fraunhofer Institute for Design Technology Mechatronics IEM, we focus on the question of how complex systems can be efficiently developed in the department of "Systems Engineering".

Our work is centered around Systems Engineering.

In numerous industry and research projects, we support companies in the successful development of these complex systems, while also actively developing methods and approaches for Systems Engineering in research projects, shaping the future of engineering.

We are looking for motivated graduates to join us in developing new methods, approaches, and tools to support developers in system development within Systems Engineering.
