Personal Lines Account Manager means working each day to provide your friends, neighbors, and fellow community members quality customer service, and the peace of mind that their most valuable possessions are protected in the event of accident, disaster, or other unexpected calamitous event.

Are you a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent with personal lines insurance experience? Our personal lines team has an opening for an experienced account manager.

As a personal lines account manager at Avery W Hall, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a personal lines insurance account, managing client relations, and providing accurate and timely information to our insureds.

You will need strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, knowledge of insurance products and usage, and the ability to multitask in order to be successful in this role.

If you have a passion for insurance and customer service, then this could be the perfect role for you. This position is an in office position Monday thru Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Hybrid remote and flexible schedule opportunities may be available after training depending on experience level.


Preferred Skills and Requirements:

• At least 2 years of property and casualty insurance experience.
• Experience working in an independent agency preferred but not required.
• Experience with Applied Epic agency management system beneficial but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and being comfortable with technology are required.
• Property and Casualty License required.
