    The continued expansion of our Site Design Services Division has created a new opportunity for a Civil Designer in our Brookfield, WI office.

    Our Site Design Services Division has a well-respected history of providing a real-estate mindset to land developers and owners in markets, including: education, health care, industrial, office, residential, retail, mixed use and senior living.

    This position will support design and technical aspects for site development and redevelopment projects.

    It will require a candidate who is passionate about their work, eager to learn, and always ready for new challenges.

    Civil Engineer – Site Design - Hybrid - Responsibilities:
    Preparing site civil engineering plans, including site and paving plans, grading plans, erosion control plans, and utility plans.
    Performing hydrologic and hydraulic calculations and preparing stormwater management plans and reports.
    Completing regulatory authority research and permitting.

    Requirements:
    Civil Engineer – Site Design - Hybrid - Skills and Requirements:

    Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
    At least 2 to 5 years of experience in land development design and civil engineering with experience site related elements for retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family residential, hospitality, or mixed-use

    development/redevelopment

    projects.

    Experience in water distribution and sewer collection systems design, parking lots and roads, erosion and sediment control, from initial project planning through construction phase is preferred.

    Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydrology and hydraulic software,
