Responsibilities:

  • Planning and managing projects in structural water engineering, primarily in the field of dam construction (e.g. reservoirs, flood retention basins, weirs)
  • Conducting studies, developing concepts, and providing planning services for projects in all phases of the HOAI
  • Preparing and conducting procurement procedures for supply, construction, and installation services, potentially taking on construction supervision
  • Responsible project management, providing technical guidance to project teams, and ensuring compliance with quality standards
  • Assisting with the acquisition of new projects, preparing proposals, and participating in presentations

Qualifications:

  • Degree in civil engineering with a focus on water engineering
  • Several years of experience in the mentioned field
  • Ability to understand complex relationships and strong communication skills
  • High level of independence, teamwork, and responsibility
  • Excellent German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
