• Managing the Men's Fashion & Shoes department with a sales area of approximately 2800 square meters
• Goal-oriented leadership and development of your own team members
• Motivating and promoting young talent within the team
• Acting as a contact person for external partners
• Setting an example for excellent customer service and retention
• Sales-oriented planning, implementation, and monitoring of all relevant processes
• Managing and optimizing the product range in collaboration with the purchasing department
• Ensuring visual merchandising according to company guidelines in close cooperation with the relevant department
• Strong focus on customer relationship management

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a degree in business administration
• Ideally, you have 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail company in the fashion or luxury segment
• You have experience as a leader of a team of up to 10 employees with a proven track record in employee development
• You possess a high level of sensitivity and empathy in dealing with customers and employees
• You enjoy working analytically and strategically to optimize processes
• You have a goal- and results-oriented approach to work
