Position Overview:
Fluffies Hot Chicken, located in Hackensack, NJ, is currently hiring Cashiers to provide exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, customer-focused, and available to work mornings and weekends. High school students need not apply. Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers with enthusiasm as they enter the restaurant.
• Accurately and efficiently process customer orders using our POS system.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy and security at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier station and surrounding areas.
• Assist in packaging and bagging orders for takeout and delivery customers.
• Provide information about menu items, promotions, and specials to customers as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards to uphold a clean and safe environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role preferred.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be available to work mornings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Available shifts and compensation:
We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $ $18.00/hour.
