    Description Sales and customer service contact for assigned contacts.

    Executes quotes within 24 hours upon requests and tracks the result of the quote through shipment or documents reasons for loss.

    Documents key account activity through the KALAS CRM program and responsible for managing all service activity for new accounts assigned by the Bulk Strategic Account Team.

    Executes all purchase orders, tracks orders & shipments and manages RMA's while working closely with the Engineering, Production Planning and Logistic teams.

    Position Requirements Behavior and actions consistent with KALAS' Core Values Enter customer orders, with accuracy, and facilitates the progression of orders through production to ensure commitment dates are met Meet or exceed assigned account performance goals Contribution toward exceeding the Bulk Divisional PBIT and KALAS PBIT annual goals Manage all other key account activity to include but not limited to:
    Returns, Rejected Material or Quality Concerns Specification Review Requests Quote Requests and tracking to win/loss Debit Resolution CRM Updates (Contacts, Key Information, Job Tracking) Pursue new opportunities with existing accounts Provide Key Account updates toward the monthly S&OP and the 12-month forecasts Serves as the Voice of the Customer to all other KALAS departments Contributes in scheduled sales/customer service huddles or sales meetings Aware of KALAS' environmental policies and what it means to them Foster account relationships at multiple levels of their organization Organized, able to prioritize and meet deadlines Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time Shift First TagsPay RateShiftPosition Account Manager
