Under the direction of the Community Living Director, the Community Living Coordinator:

  • Ensures that all services provided by the group homes meet standards of quality as prescribed by DES/DDD and company policy, and/or any other Federal, State or local regulatory authorities.
  • Monitors and assures that adequate staffing ratios are maintained in the residential setting, working directly with the group home staff.
  • Monitors and oversees the collection of data, maintenance of records, adherence to ISP and other planning documents, and completion of reports as required. This role collaborates with the Community Living Director to ensure compliance with regulatory processes.

Requirements:


  • Working knowledge of I/DD services
  • Proven management or administrative supervisory experience
  • Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with consumers, parents, guardians, Support Coordinators and other stakeholders
  • Accurate writing and organizational skills
  • Local travel required
  • Flexible hours required

Qualifications:


  • Must possess a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Must be able to acquire and maintain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in programs supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities or other similar Human Service career
  • A minimum of 2 years progressive supervisory experience
  • Work experience in an I/DD program
  • Knowledge (minimum intermediate level) of M/S Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Must have a valid Arizona Driver's License and with a clean Motor Vehicle Record
  • Must have reliable, safe transportation with acceptable vehicle insurance to be used for agency travel as needed.

$50,000.00 per year
