Seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our client's team.

Reporting directly to the Dispensary General Manager, the Assistant Manager will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the dispensary, maintaining compliance with state regulations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist the General Manager in daytoday operations of the dispensary, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate retail staff to provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations governing cannabis retail operations.
  • Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash reconciliation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and implement operational enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the cannabis industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
