Are you looking for a new professional challenge with great potential? We are currently seeking a
Private Customer Advisor (f/m/d) to join our team at the Private Customer Market at the earliest possible date.


This is a full-time, permanent position that can be based at any of our branches in the Bad Liebenwerda market area.

Your initial placement will be at our Elsterwerda branch.

We employ around 120 staff and are part of the cooperative financial group. With our business area located south of Berlin, we are a regionally rooted bank. Elsterwerda is located in the south of Brandenburg in the district of Elbe-Elster. The small town offers many sights to see. The cycling network provides you with the opportunity to explore the city and its surroundings.


The role is characterized by advisory and service activities in customer business, where sales and advice of standardized products are essential.

Service activities for customers of the branch are also part of the job.

The job holder's goal is to secure or expand the market position through maintaining and increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction.


Your responsibilities include:


  • Ensuring the quality of services and advice in standardized customer business for the assigned customer segments of the net branch, both in the area of investment as well as in the sale and mediation of installment loans (Wunschkredit, EasyCredit) in line with the given sales strategy
  • Compliance with securities supervisory and civil law requirements, in accordance with the instructions
