We are seeking an experienced Techno-functional consultant specializing in Utilities with extensive expertise in Oracle CC&B (Customer Care & Billing), Oracle MDM (Meter Data Management), and Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) within the Power domain.
Key Responsibilities:
In-depth knowledge of CC&B and C2M modules including Rates, Billing, Payments, Meter Read, Meter Management, Credit & Collections, Case Management, New Connections, etc.
Sound understanding of MDM areas such as Scalar and Interval data, Events Alarms, Commands, Remote Disconnect, Remote Connect, VEE Rules, Device Management, Usage Management, Measuring Components, Device Events, Device Communication, Usage Subscription, TOU, IMD, XML formats.
Proficiency in OUAF (Oracle Utilities Application Framework) developments and deployments.Leading requirements gathering sessions, issue discussions with clients, and providing sustainable solutions.
Certification in Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter or in Oracle Utilities CC&B and Oracle Utilities MDM is preferred.
Reviewing and approving High-level Design documents & Low-level design documents, Custom programs, configurations, and unit-test cases.
Conducting critical examination of problems, issues, and tickets to identify root causes and develop corrective and preventive actions.
Identifying automation opportunities and system improvement opportunities in existing implementations to reduce L2 and L3 tickets, enhance system performance, and improve customer experience.
Managing multiple stakeholders effectively.Providing support and mentoring team members as needed for development, design, testing, debugging issues, and providing solutions.
Experience Level:
8 to 10 years
