Brief Summary of Job Duties:
To note, this is _not _an exhaustive list; this is just an overview to offer context to the role.

  • Conduct both routine and focused onsite checks at participant work sites to gauge participant and employer satisfaction, garner input to enhance participant employment outcomes, assess agency supports and identify opportunities for quality improvement, navigate participant health and safety concerns in the workplace, address issues presenting as barriers to participant progress, and verify that supports align with organizational and individualspecific policies and procedures.
  • Collect data and complete corresponding reports to share across pertinent team members.
  • Be able to tactfully address potentially sensitive matters and collaborate across teams.
  • Complete various internal audit and documentation review processes to verify organizational compliance and accuracy across documentation and billing.
  • Measure agency performance against organizational policies, procedures, and protocols to assure both ongoing compliance and successful implementation of best practices to drive service delivery.
  • Assist with external and funding source audit and provider monitoring processes.
  • Through various processes, collect, input, and analyze data that contributes to target objectives within CIS's Quality Management Plan.
  • Assist with incident reporting and risk mitigation tasks.
  • Potential to become a PA Certified Investigator and assume a more robust Incident Management role.
  • Complete comprehensive reviews of participant support plans and coordinate needs for improvements.
  • Assist with various data, billing, and special projects as needed.
  • Provide some availability for job coaching participants on as needed basis

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred (four year college or technical school).
  • 1plus years of experiencein Education, Social Services or Business preferred.
  • Abilityto effectively useMicrosoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Possess valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
  • Must have access to an automobile and internet access at home.
  • Must be able to provide consistent job coaching availability (1 day/week).
  • Able to pass all required background checks.
  • Must be fully vaccinated or in the process of getting fully vaccinated.

Pay:
$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
