We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team at our concrete plant.
The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of concrete products to various job sites, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, and needs.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on delivery status and resolve any issues.
- Monitor the status of orders and deliveries, adjusting schedules as necessary to accommodate changes.
- Collaborate with plant personnel to ensure timely batching and loading of concrete products.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Use dispatch software to track and manage orders, deliveries, and driver locations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and drivers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role, preferably within the construction or concrete industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle highpressure situations.
- Knowledge of local geography and routes.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay:
$50, $55,000.00 per year
