    The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in implementing the annual marketing plan to drive targeted inquiry, tours, and occupancy metrics. This involves managing advertisement schedules, organizing events, and ensuring seamless post-event follow-up. The coordinator will also assist in resident admissions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

    SALARY:

    $20/hour

    Schedule:

    Tuesday-Saturday

    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing from an accredited institution preferred, or an Associate's Degree with equivalent Sales and Marketing Coordinator experience
    • Minimum of one year experience, ideally within the hospitality or senior industries
    • Positive and energetic demeanor
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with older adults and their families
    • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and email etiquette
    • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Conduct tours and events for prospective clients and groups
    • Complete sales trainings and adhere to company sales processes
    • Ensure regulatory compliance during pre-move-in procedures
    • Provide accurate information to stakeholders regarding new deposits and lease preparations
    • Support the sales process and facilitate financial transactions
    • Manage lead database and analyze sales productivity
    • Coordinate move-in preparations and community cleanliness
    • Stay informed about services, amenities, and competitor analysis for sales strategies
    • Promote revenue enhancement and Occupancy growth opportunities
    • Adhere to confidentiality policies and fulfill reporting requirements

    WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS/TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

    • General office environment with 20% of time spent on office tasks

    • Possible exposure to odors and chemicals
    • Dealing with potentially stressful situations with clients or family members
