Summary:

Final preparation of product for shipment to customer.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Finishing product, by hand, using a variety of hand tools, including, but not limited to
:

files various knives, hand routers, sand paper, steel wool and trimming devices

  • Repairing product as necessary using a variety of products, including, but not limited to
:

putty, bondo, wood filler, adhesives, markers and crayon products

  • Repairing product as necessary using a variety of methods and processes
  • Checking parts for aesthetics
  • Read and comprehend job tickets, drawings, quality policies, procedures, and standards
  • Ability to calibrate and use a tape measure, setup, adjusts and uses small power tools, such as routers and drills.
  • Ability to inspect product to insure compliance to standards
  • Ability to adequately maintain inventory for all finishing supplies and requisition replenishment as required
