    Description

    Title: Investment Banking Associate - Middle Market

    Location: Dallas, TX

    Investment Banking Associate - Middle Market Summary:

    Our client continues to grow as a leader primarily focused on providing financial and real estate services to institutional and corporate clients engaged in the global financial and commercial real estate sectors. The team is looking to add a talented Investment Banking Associate - Middle Market in Charlotte, NC. The team would be open to having this person sit out of Charlotte, NC as well.

    IB Associate - Middle Market Responsibilities:

    • Facilitating the management of diverse processes such as sell-side M&A, buy-side advisory, and private capital transactions.
    • Developing financial models, offering memoranda, proposals, and written materials for client meetings related to transactions.
    • Conducting research and analyses to support the generation of new business.
    • Coordinating and actively participating in marketing and client meetings

    IB Associate - Middle Market Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or higher-level education (preferably within finance, economics, or accounting)
    • 2+ years in M&A Middle Market Investment Banking - preferably in Consumer, Industrials, Manufacturing, or Healthcare Services
    • Financial modelling skills including DCFs/LBO models/Merger Models/Bridge Analysis/etc.
    • Excellent written communication abilities when constructing memorandums/presentations
