Tasks

  • Support and guidance of the project team and contractors/partners in SE processes and standards:
  • Providing expert advice on SE processes and best practices to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Facilitating SE training sessions
  • Identifying SE processes that require training for the project team and contractors/partners.
  • Utilizing available training materials from 2GW Academy to design and conduct effective SE training sessions.
  • Project coordination of 2GW SE approach (SE management plan):
  • Developing and implementing the SE management plan through close collaboration with 2GW project's SE consultants.
  • Using the SE management plan as a basis for all SE activities and monitoring progress throughout the project.
  • Evaluation of SE results:
  • Participating in the document review process to ensure the quality and conformity of SE results.
  • Assisting the project team in reviewing and evaluating verification plans and reports.
  • CWS and PWS or Project Workspace Admin and SPOC:
  • Responsible for adapting structures and relationships based on project information
  • Serving as the single point of contact (SPOC) for project teams, contractors, and partners
  • Testing and validating Relatics developments related to contract workspaces
