Description

Live Advantage Bait LLC (LAB) is a warmwater marine fish hatchery for baitfish and foodfish and a grow-out facility for multiple species of baitfish in our RAS facility. We also have a strong commitment to science, our community, and the ecosystem.

We are seeking a
full-time AQUACULTURE TECHNICIAN for our fish hatchery and grow-out facility. The position will take place at our expanding facility in Fort Pierce, FL. with an intended start date prior to June 15, 2024.

Each staff member will be cross trained in several areas of our facility, but this position will focus on aiding in maintaining our extensive multi-species hatchery.

We consider staff at LAB family and welcome those who believe working in aquaculture and fisheries to be their passion, not just their job.

We take pride in our work, our innovations, our fish, and our community.

Do you enjoy a dynamic work environment and creative problem solving? Do you live and breathe fish? Are you aware fish farming is a dirty job, completed in the field not a desk?
