Description
Ace & Vine is looking for a bartender who can work in a well fast-paced environment to mix and serve alcoholic drinks based on customer requests while providing excellent customer service and maintain a positive reputation for the organization.
Bartender responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Verify identification and age requirements of customers
- Mix traditional and creative cocktails
- Process payment from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
- Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
- Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
EDUCATION:
HS Diploma or GED
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Bi-Lingual a plus
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to stand for long periods. Must be able to occasionally lift up to 501bs.
Must be able to perform physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Fast paced, 24-hour work environment
Must be at least 21 years old
